Well here I am at last with something to show for my efforts the past 5 months. This is the cover for the Book Arts Object project I am involved in, the first time for this one. It has been a learning curve re my own resources in resolving issues that arose during the process.
My first idea involved two pieces printed in an overlap design but proved too big for posting etc. Simplify , simplify so this is smaller and I really don't mind that the title isn't aligned as it proves I did actually wrestle with it. I had to make my own positioner for the small stamps which are more suited for children's fingers. Sometime it can be a real drawback not living in big cities with what must be wonderful supply shops available.
In the end it will be satisfactory to my standard, how's that for positive thinking and it's not printed yet only a test run there so far.
The poem "Paper Wrestling " by Claire Beynon was a wrestle to start with  as it was assigned to me , I don't mind really it was just that images didn't appear immediately in my mind as they did with the other poem. That's enough for now , just a teaser to keep you interested!
